Mp40 & p38

Hi guys, I have seen no new posts in this new section so I thought I would fire the first volley. Here two weaponas that I used to own but sold on to buy more belt buckles. To be honest I wished I had kept them but not being a very rich man and having a deep love of belt buckles the weapons I'm afraid had to go but they were nice to have for a while (even my wife liked the pistol and she hates the military, I was in it for 23 years!!! ) women!

BTW I know they are German but at least it kicks it off

How much are 'Eye Teeth' worth, for that is what I would have considered for these 2 pieces.

Hi Ben, well at least the P38 would be easy to repleace one day if you were feeling flush with cash. The MP40 on the other hand would be harder to find and a lot more expensive.

Did you sell everything else you had too in order to specialise in your belt buckle collection? I do admire anyone who can stick to one subject matter.

Hi Ade, yes mate I did, I sold all my weapons, helmets, equipment, awards, anything german and WW2 that was not a Heer buckle I sold just to specialise on one area sometimes on reflection I have doubts but I am pleased with what I did, when I win the lottry or pools I will make up for lost time

Those were real beautys, i would not sold sell them for belt buckles.
