It probably is but the stamping will be largely obscured by the rear sight.

Yes,
QHMC, It will have detachable spring tube for Op slide guide rod and spring.
When original it would have come with a rear L shaped flip sight.
As mentioned, QHMC didn't make barrels. They used the free barrel program.
Look for, measure and picture of the firing P proof stamp on the barrel can help determine if original to receiver.
