finaly got home and have the P38 in hand
it is all matching numbers except the mag
i think the mag may be post war ,but im not sure
it is in beutifull condition
could some one advise me as to the mag please cheers ian
the mag is postwar on the back you will probably see a date eg 7/68 or something similar

thanks for that ,the only other mark an the mag is some kind of post war waffenampt number 981 ithink with an eagle with the wings down the sides of the numbers ,
