All you need to complete it is a set of Argentinian false teeth and a kitchen sink

(A friend of mine who also was in 2 Para got one of the Argentinian "short swords" ....((Ex -German - Solingen 1908 if I remember right).

There are two short swords in the photos. They were machete's but we called them Trench Swords. One is German manufacture but the more collectible of the two is the Argentine made copy.

Who is your brother in law Dave?

Farrar Hockley was OC A Coy when I was in B Coy.
I know quite a few lads in A Coy at the time let me know his name.

They probably meant to write Falklands SLR not Argentine SLR -

Although from some after accounts there was almost an Argentine assault element to that conflict - with a covert air/land attack on Leopoldo Fortunato Galtieri Castelli's residence?
I have read it in two auto-biographys now so it must be true, lol.

Argentinian FALs were brought in back in the '80s. They were excellent and were very common at the time.
