You haven't told us what model it is; your question is like asking us "how much is dad's Chevrolet with a 6 cylinder motor wirth?" Sauer made many different models of pistols, so a photograph or at least substantially more information is needed. Nonetheless, if it's nickeled it's worth significantly less than it would be if in its original finish. The German military did not nickel--plate their guns. You can safely figure deducting 40-50% from whatever value is ascribed to one with a full original finish.
