    From what I can tell from your photos. In my Firearms opinion. it is a ladies muff pistol. During cold weather ladies use to put there hands in what we call a muff or hand warmer. these were concealed within for protection. The flask appears to be a shot flask for shotguns, to hold and measure shot from. It apprears to be made from a bulls bag. This was not uncommon for the time. I can't make out the markings. It may be Belgium made.

    They both look Belgian, Kris - Pinfire revolvers. The pistol first
    posted is likely Belgian too, as a British one would
    have a mark.........
