What a sweet weapon. I have a question about the 98k. Was the original cal. 8mm? If so is this still avalable? I haven't seen that cal. in quite some time. Then again it's hard to find 5.56 lately. May have a chance to purchase one, but for me there is no sence in purchasing a weapon like this if one can't shoot it.
Thanks.
You should have no problems in buying 7.92mm ammo. (Known as 8mm in the USA)
Cheers, Ade.
i usually by my 7.92(8mm) at gun shows or when i go to the range but i dont have a k98 i have a Gew98
