Pistole 640(b)

Hey guys, quite a few years back I acquired a Belgian High Power because it was dirt cheap. Brought it out of storage the other day to detail clean it and decided to do some research on it. I believe it is a Pistole 640(b) but not 100% sure. You can see it has a Reichsadler on the frame, barrel, and slide, but no Waffenamt anywhere. Also the serial number seems to be extremely low. Do I have a fluke? Is it a fake? Or did someone have bubba refinish the gun and manage to wipe off nearly every marking on the gun? any help would be appreciated.

The marking on the barrel is a Nazi firing proof, not sure about the rest of the pistol
