Article about: Just picked up this 1939 Tula made, all matching (except magazine) Russian TT33 pistol. Came with holster, belt and spare magazine. These are not too common in the States without the post 19

I can't tell if the bore is chromed as the barrel, crown and chamber are polished bright. Here's more photos of it, Ray

Here is my mint, 1938 dated Tokarev TT-33 pistol that amazingly came with a matching magazine. It is one of the gems of my WWII pistol collection. No import marks and just as cherry as they come.

In reviewing my old post, I need to set the record straight regarding the holster I posted in that post along with my TT-33 pistol. Since posting it I found out the holster I posted is post war and probably Chinese. I have picked up several correct period holsters since then and if you open up the site here Tokarev Holster you will see the difference between a early leather TT-33 holster and the post war Chinese ones with the biggest give away are the ends/tips of the early ones which are cut straight across and not to a point or tear drop shape. The 1942 date stamp on the holster I had shown apparently is fake, Ray
