    ...You're absolutely correct, Phil, I collect WW2 uniforms, and they are all tiny, most of those guys were very small physically compared to our protein rich muscles now.

    Imagine those British commandos firing the .55 boys, or the WW1 Krauts with the Mauser T-Gewehr, I am not sure soldiering is any easier now - someone still has to carry the M240 Bravo, but, it is interesting to reflect.

    You are right, Pit. My son gets the privilege of the m240. A nice reward for bulking up during basic training and AIT..
