Underwood M1 Carbine to Share
Article about: I picked up a great piece to add to the collection and wanted to share. A very nice Underwood carbine with all correct parts and early features. Highwood stock, push button safety, flip sigh

Beautiful carbine!!! And, of course, they always provide some challenge to identify parts. War Baby only says the Pederson marked handguards were used in "early 1943." No production numbers and no serial numbers of carbines that carried them. The 4mil block didn't go into production until around August of 1943 so there's a disconnect between War Baby and reality perhaps.
