Unknown pistol

Article about: Hi guys! When I first got this, I thought it's hand made. But then I saw number 15 on 3 or 4 places. Plus letter "S" and tiny, tiny letters VCC or VEC. Pistol is stucked, trigger c

    Hi guys!
    When I first got this, I thought it's hand made. But then I saw number 15 on 3 or 4 places. Plus letter "S" and tiny, tiny letters VCC or VEC.
    Pistol is stucked, trigger can't be pressed and cylinder is rotating free.
    Maybe something is missing- I mean that hole above the handle.
