    Default 1936 SS Mirror?

    Hello all,
I am helping a friend research a collection of WW2 artifacts and guns and was wondering if anyone can tell me a bit about the mirror in the attached photo, and what its value may be. I have tried to research it online but have not been able to find any similar items. The mirror measures about 4 inches x 3 inches and has the SS symbol with a luger and the motto "Zur Erinnerung an Meine Dienstzeit." Any help would be much appreciated.

There is no way that this thread or item belongs in the uniform section either. Thread moved to Arts and Exotica forum.

The Luger illustration itself looks to have come from
an earlier ( likely pre-war ) sales print, and I believe
the border has been taken from a high award
presentation, originally. It is also a frontispiece
    in a Bender publication.

It's easy to make up black and white artwork
    from different components.........

I would of thought a little more imagination and historical reference would of went into the creation of this mirror. ....... The Luger killed it

As all of said, this is a fantasy 4th Reich product. Your friend should seek a refund if the piece was fraudulently represented as being period original.
