Would this have been a victory sports wreath or just given to the participants for celebrating the year celebration?
The tinnie I think isn`t originally meant to have been placed on the wreath.
Sorry about no photo of the reverse, it is somewhat fragile.
Any input is as always appreciated!

I think it is a table or wall decoration for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Crimmitschau Gymnastics Club. Crimmitschau is a town in Saxony in the district of Zwickau near the border with Thuringia. The current population is about 19,000. Dwight

The word "Sieger" tells us it's a winner's wreath.

There must have been matches for the festivity of the 75 years of existance
of this gymnastics club. The winner's got such wreath with ribbons, which
one sees quite often.

For many organizations suchlike ribbons with leaves and acorns existed
and were available in price-lists with numerous forms. This is shown with
a part from a price-list, I have.
For the Stahlhelm-organization there even existed a wreath, to be used
with the visored cap.
