Yes, I can clearly see that the reverse of the frame has been recently done.

Just because there are numerous Adolf Hitler profile plaques on Ioffer it does not instantly discredited the example that I posted.

I do not agree that the price gives indication to authenticity as I have brought pieces costing less than this plaque and worth several hundreds of pounds.

I posted the additional pictures to try and get a definite answer of the originality of the piece.

Like everyone else I am here to learn and like knowing why a piece is a reproduction/fantasy so I can learn for future reference.

I agree that bargains can still be found, and glad of it too Iam whenever I pick one up.

I think it is a fake/fantasy item because it looks like a piece of shit IMHO, a very bad likeness that does not look like Hitler and the crappy mounting etc does not do it any favours, so that combined with the low price make it a waste of money, again IMHO.
