Sorry, but this is an old original case with a fantasy emblem attached. Beware of these kind of items. Fakers take old original things and place fake/fantasy badges onto them to trap the unwary.

hi ade the raised bump to the front of the case isnt stuck on its part of the case! its all in one peice not stuck on i will take better clearer photos tonight folks!

If I can be brutally honest, I think it is junk. Sorry, I don't wish to offend you. But this is a typical modern fantasy item. Can you imagine a lady carring this? The eagle is a State emblem and was not sanctioned for use on anything like this.
