bust up for review

hello all I am considering purchasing this bust , but I am unfamiliar with this one as I have only seen one like it similar long ago. can anyone tell me about the maker mark.
this one looks like more of an artists personal rendering of a soldier rather than the standard looking soldier busts.

any info and help is always appreciated as some of the items I come across I may be unfamiliar with
