I have put these the right way round for you. The eagle looks too poorly cast to be a genuine Third Reich piece in my opinion.
The eagle definitely looks post ww2. The other one could be true, is there a sculptors name on it, it matches some of the authentic examples also what does the plate say on the bottom of it

The cast iron Eagle is indeed widely reproduced and I would likely stay away from it unless I could get it at a cheap price, as it still makes a nice display...
The Plaque looks good to me...

I bought them bothh from a museum from a holocaust museum owner in Atlanta. His name is Edward Reid I think he might have sold some stuff on here once or twice...
If the eagle was cheap it might be okay but it is a repro
