Based on that pic I wouldn't be putting down even a single penny.
Extreemly unclear picture but these items are often in almost mint condition. It is not so easy to fake III Reich china because of the hallmarks. The hallmark is always under the glaze so if you really want to fake it correctly you have to make a new plate. As far I know nobody had done it jet.
