does anybody know if this luftwaffe item is fake please?

Hi just got this Luftwaffe plaque i beleive it to be 4th reich origin can anybody confirm this or is it real please?

At first glance it does look post -45 - this is a reflection of a Fallschirmjager although part of the LW I think they would have noted FJ rather than LW.
How does the back look,hanging device ,maker,etc??????

the rear is just thick dark green felt backed no hangers present or evidence of there ever being any but the main thing is i kind of like it

Hi Andy, I am not keen on this at all. The design work is poor and I agree with Horst about the wording.

FJ items are very well covered in books and on websites. I must say I have not seen this one before. If offered to me, I would pass.

My personal opinion was the detail is not good enough for third reich items as i am now beggining to see the quality was spot on with everything the sharpness etc of all the lettering and symbols and on this they are bulky and not sharp enough.I think im learning on this subject lol give me a british flying helmet and i will tell you about it all day long lol

Looks like some of the stuff "they" sell in poland and such places.
Lack of detail, as allready stated, is also an obvious red flag.
