Bugle does not meet III Reich specifications i.e the bugle only had two eye rings one affixed to the rim of the bell and the other affixed to the tube of the mouthpiece connection --

Even the bulge doesn't strike me as being German, but rather British. The insignia is bad, very bad.
Probably manufactured in India or Pakistan. The eagle on it is terrible-it looks like a magpie. About the only good looking part of it seems to be the mouthpiece. Definitely not a TR trumpet, though.
