P.S. The glass object is a small glass eye from a teddybear or a doll. I wonder how it found it´s way to a German military camp during WW2.

There will be a break in our research. But after June 27th we will be excavating the site for three weeks in a row. I will leave You for now with this picture of long (4-7cm) strands of hair from a German soldier who (finally) had a haircut in the camp before heading home on "Heimaturlaub".

Hello again we have now started the three week long excavation of the WW2 German transition camp in Hanko S. Finland. I will be posting our finds here here on a daily basis. This one is a mystery to us. Please can anyone help (the item is made of Bakelite). The text says BULLY and DRGM.
