German statuettes - period or fake items? Opinions please

Hello,

I've found these 3 statuettes for sale. Are they real or fake items? What do you think?

Hi, I don't like the eagle. The quality is very poor.

The figures look a little better, but I would not buy them. My advice is save your money.

They look like the statures outside the Reich Chancellery building or the House of German Art in Munich-I think they look like something that would be sold in a gift shop at a museum or a souvenir shop.I would buy them

I knew I recognized the statures ,They are in the Court of Honor,Chancellery.They are by Arno Becker.The left stature represents the Party and the right the army.Thought I would say something before hpl2008 had his say. If you don't want them tell me where I can buy them. Regards Mike

I should say this is from the book Art of the Third Reich by Peter Adam pg257. Nice book

Have to agree with Ade - poor workmanship etc on all the items - not for me.

The statues are reproductions of works by Arno Breker.

I would NOT buy them !

The eagle is fake or a fantasy piece as Ade says. Until the artist or the statues'
purpose is known, they may not even be TR related, plus, they do not
exhibit any talent or quality.

Of course they are copies the originals were probably carted off by the Russians,the stature's were solid bronze and were quite large,I still think that the statures are some sort of period souvenir sold at gift shops.Again I would buy them.
