last day i've acquired an attached token/coin.marked from the one side with adler an letter the and deeply beaten
UG 1 from the other.is it some tool token or inner currency?what can mean the UG 1?i have found it in City Gliwice-Once german Gleiwtz so maybe comething connected with this city?

Hello. To me it looks like a laborers/workers identification tag. It puts me in the mind of something the coal mines would use for their i.d tags. But that's JMO. Perhaps someone here will know definitvely? Best of luck.

Gleiwitz-II, one of four satellites at Gleiwitz under the administration of KL-Auschwitz, had a production unit with female inmates detailed to work on coal deposits. Patently, there will be alternatives but it may be a possibility worth further consideration.
