german ww2 bust authentic?????

hi guys i have been looking into ww2 german artwork and had came across this piece, it is described as a 'german army hero bust'.
from what i can gather the inscription reads- in loyal comradeship years ...or something of that sort with a name at the end?

i have never seen one quite exactly like this . seems to be authentic but i am unsure if this is just another bust presentation for an enlisted man for a special occasion like wedding or faithful service. also price is 500 plus tax shipping etc., dose this seem abit steep? as i have seen ones round here and there similar to this one offered for much less.

heres some pictures any help would be great as to authenticity , meaning etc.

also if any members reading this that may have like items for sale i would love to buy from forum members as well!

Nice period soldier bust -your right in the translation " In loyal comradeship your Harpell"( Hard to read the name).
As to cost ,I would say that 500 is a little on the high end.

i will assume thas a typo and you mean its waaaay too expensive for a piece that is not solid bronze....
