Hmmm, the swastika is reversed on the bust, that's a bit of a blunder.

The Swastika is indeed backwards...I'm placing this in the fantasy category as I seriously doubt that this was an officially sanctioned item...using the Fuhrer's head as a handle on a stamp would not go over well...in fact, there was an order prohibiting such items as "Nationaler Kitsch"...

We're referring to the swastika on the handle under Hitler's face, not on the actual stamp...

I agree with the other comments so far, it seems very unlikely this could be a genuine item.

The image made by the stamp would be the correct way around.

+1. Although I can't say for certain this item is fake(only b/c I've never seen this before), I find it very unlikely for it to be a authentic tr era made piece. There were rules against items such as this existing. Now add the fact of the swastika being reversed and the eagle the stamp creates it is almost certain this item is fourth reich. I'm not sure what the words say, but look at them, translate them and then ask yourself does this make any sense? I would bet the farm the creator didn't take the time to even research the history, therefore making this item make absolutely no sense and completely incorrect. Just like the eagle. Sorry I hate to be the bearer of bad news.
