Hitler Reichs Prasident plaque

I have been asked to get this authenticated for an aquaintance. His brother had some nice originall WW2 stuff, but my view is that this is a post war (probably recent) fake. The white is very white, and does not look like enamel, and the surface shows some lifting at the edges. Size approx 20 x 13 inches from memory. I have seen various modern copies advertised as such, and made using a powdercoating process - is this why there are lines of rust dots on the reverse (it is electrostatically applied)?

l,ve seen so many of these signs etc. made in china and very well aged as well, i.ve had a few original,s over the past, and the copies can not compare to the original, but l really dont know, but im sure someone here can help, theres a wealth of great info from members here..good luck
