It's expensive so I won't bid on it but I'd like to show it
Do you think it's original?

According to the seller, the watch is an " Junghans J 30 D "

I seriously have my doubts about this item.
There are multitudes of watches and clocks around that have phony TR marks on the dial and I think this is one of them.

Actually... Going back to the first post... I kind of rather like it.. It seems period original.. Slightly modified for a past sailor... IMO
