They look to be monogrammed RGG, so I guess they could be for the Regiment General Goering, but I think they are for the unit and not for him.

Luftwaffe knife, fork or spoon usually sell for about Euro10-20 each, but with the RGG markings if they are original for the Regiment General Goering they would be more than that, but I could not say what value.
Not commonly seen with these markings so hard to find more of them, without the markings RGG, probably plenty about if you look.
