Nazi walking stick?

Is this 4th Reich? Looks well worn, and period design, BUT I really can't see them allowing these to be made. It is named for Otto Skorzeny I assume.

The pommel has the Trench Art , Theater made Knife look . With the early date it could be good , plexiglass was rather exotic in the 30's and 40's . Could have belonged to a party member who worked in the aircraft industry , not the SS Kommando .
