That's quite a nice looking eagle Kris.
It looks to have quite fine detail with not a lot of evidence of sand casting so typical of the reproductions that you see.
It's an eagle I wouldn't mind owning

Unfortunately I don't feel as though this is a valuation site.
Best way to determine the value is scouring the dealer sites and see what their valuation is.
If it were me I would be happy paying around 200 euros or less.

I like the details on him-it looks to be totally period and genuine. By the eagle, I would say that it was political. Where it hung and for what,though, is anybody's guess. Unfortunate that it's not larger, but still certainly worth a decent price. As said, a couple hundred give or take a hundred would be a rough estimate.

I actually like the size. Of course I would LOVE a full sized Reichsbahn eagle, but this size would be great if you have limited space or a decent sized display cabinet.
