this apparently was from Mannheim (Baden-Württemberg). and i think it is in silver or have a silver coating?
are these common?

this is the first time I have seen a table bell for the Frauenschaft.

It certainly looks to be period.

I wouldn't think they would fake a TR related item and not put a swastika on it . A nice obscure item .
