LIFE'S LOSERS NEVER LEARN FROM THE ERROR OF THEIR WAYS.
This one has been listed for several months on a swedish bidding board at $150
Any chance of this being genuine? The price seems a bit unrealistic in my eyes, and I dont think the rest of the family would be overjoyed to see it hang on the tree for christmas Its not for me, but would be interesting to know.
Cheers!

Shadwellarmy: I think the answer to your question is, "Yes." and you're right, it's way over-priced in my opinion. I think it's genuine because the ornament has the same surface as I saw on other TR ornaments that are definitely real. And the little metal cap on top of the ornament that holds the hook is thoroughly rusted. Neither reason is conclusive proof, but I think it is real. Dwight
I dont think I ever saw a photo of hitler standing next to his christmas tree........it would be interesting to see how it was decorated, most likely by eva.
Photos of Hitler close to a x-mas tree do exist, I have no idea of how many, but here a two:

Thank you for that link, very interesting.
Strange that he wouldn't have insisted on decorations like the
ones above for that large tree behind him.........!

Steve.
An interesting photo, but typically the junior reporter who wrote the caption got it wrong when he or she said that Heinrich Himmer was sitting to Hitler's left. I don't know who the man is, but he sure isn't Himmler. Does anyone recognize him? Dwight
Hi Dwight, it is Dr Robert Ley.
Cheers, Ade.
