Thought I would show my NSDAP flag pole top before I mount it on a wooden base which my friend is going to turn in his lathe when he gets time.

Nice looking pole top.

I specialize in M1 carbines and Lugers.
Early political pole top M27 - great find.

I like Zephyr's but not keen on Alex's one.
The second one is a very poor casting.
Thank god I don't collect any more. All this is it isn't it is what ruined it for me. I like looking now but I won't put money into it, too risky. This forum is a fantastic asset with its access to alot of very knowledgeable people. As the values go up so does the market for dodgey dealers who ruin it for the genuine collectors. I will continue to enjoy this forum and I wish all you collectors/historians all the best.Having said that I can't resist looking when I'm at a car boot etc. Its very hard to get out of your blood. Good hunting and a curse on the forgers. Alex
I would expect these to be of a much better quality. I find the finish, details and quality very poor for an original early NSDAP item, but I'll probably be wrong.
When my now deceased Dad threw away his Waffen SS uniform just outside Hamburg in may 1945 and found his way to England in 1947 as a refugee. He said to me he wishes he had filled up a lorry with all the stuff that was lying around. Oh hindsight.
