Never seen anything like that but it looks original to me. Is the eagle under the glaze?

Hello Mr Bergs..Yes the eagle is under the glaze..I've had it a few years didn't know what it was for?? but it was cheap & looked nice!! Cheers Terry

The chalet on the bottom is interesting. I've never seen such a mark before. A very cool little plate!
