Presentation Salver With Insciption, ANY HELP?!?!?!

HI i have been offered this, i was just wondering if any of you guys could give me more info about it and how much it may be worth?

It is commemorative salver given to Gefrieter Luder of 9th Company, 3rd Battalion, Heer Infantry Regt 76 on the Regiments Founding Day, 1939. The slogan roughly reads "Long live the Regiment!"
