As pointed out earlier, I think this would be a job for an experienced art dealer or museum curator --- there's a lot of knowledge on here but I doubt any of us have the credentials in order to actually be able to authenticate such an obscure and specialized item by simply looking at a couple of out of focus digital images.
But, hey... since we're at it, I'll add two simple layman observations to the discussion; one is that the painting looks brand new (the white paper looks near off white) but maybe that's just the photo/possibly flash used. Second would be that, if real, this would be the most amateurish Hitler painting I've ever seen--- good luck.
I was going to suggest getting it looked at by Bob Ross, the Chuck Norris of landscape painting....., but then I found out he was brown bread.

He is still on?! Antiques Roadshow isn't too bad. PBS is great to have on when you are trying to sleep and need background noise.
