Its probably right and this would be for the kantine or eating area for the Chancellery, there are other pieces out there. Quality not up to par with Adolf's stuff but its a period Bruckmann piece and the engraving is in line with what it is or its original intent.
The plate you've shown here is right, I have one of these taken from the fuhrerbunker by a British officer in 1945 and it is the same as this.

These utensils are good. I once bought a few pieces and I have no objections to their authenticity. Below link for pictures.

Cutlery with Kanzlei are original. Have the correct sign. I sent a post with many photos. I hope to come out.

Would the Chancellery have used silver Plated flatware? Bruckmann was a well known silver company, of course, but the "90" stamp denotes silver plate.
