It is a nice looking eagle. Is it really bronze?
The Arno Breker signature I believe has been added sometime fairly recently to add some value/authenticity to the piece.
It does not conform to any of the known Breker signatures that I know of.
There was one almost identical sold in auction here in the UK back in 2013. I will pop the picture below.
This one certainly didn't have the Breker signature on the plinth.
If it is sold for what it is it would be no more than a nice decorative piece.

Quite a striking Adler. Not a period fine art piece though as Saladin pointed out. Still it is a nice propaganda home decoration for the middle class Party faithful. An earlier TR item IMO.
