Small Luftwaffe Banner

Hey everyone. This came across my inbox this morning from a collector that I've done business with before. I'm not sure what it is other than something Luftwaffe related. It's about 6 inches square. Anybody know what it is and a possible value? He's asking $200. Thanks!

If original, this would be considered a table standard for the Luft. at formal dinners etc. This should also have a small "pole" and streamers. IMHO, the price is a little high when missing parts.

Looks like some kind of Luftwaffe table pennant but in rather bad shape. It´s displayed the wrong way around on the second pic but If it´s original or not or from what year I honestly have no idea-
