An old spoon but with fake SS markings.

    Cheers, Ade.

Not even Silver..the "90" mark indicates silver Plate. One reason why the fake runes are so shallowly placed, so as to not go through the plating.

"SS" = Silver-plated Spoon. Thus, technically a valid marking.

Here is a good example of a silver plated SS spoon.
This one came from the SS school at Bad Tolz.

    Thumbs up

Neast Tolz spoon. Any interest in selling it?
I spent some time at Bad Tolz and have a few other items from there.

    Sorry Sarge.
The spoon was a gift from my neighbor and friend who was
a ww2 vet and brought it home with him. He was part of
Patton's staff and liberated the spoon while Patton was using
    SS school at Bad Tolz.
