Hi, there also was a Nuremberg eagle on a podium in this box that member Sccrooge bought and already posted, an SS honour ring named Schaaf, plus a half WESTLAND RGT dog tag, so that's why box is 100 % attributed to a Wiking SS guy

No offence taken George, my thoughts exactly
It was simply a case of no one could afford the finders fee for the complete group
Therefore my German buddy got HR and tag, Sccrooge got eagle and James got the remainder.

I have owned this SS Wiking carved memorial box for several years now. It came filled with documents from Sepp Deitrich, his adjutant and several period printings of his units exploits in the field. He was KIA and some letters were to his family from officers of the 5th SS.
