I highly doubt it's a TR peice.....one swastika is facing the other way....the swatika has been used for thousands of years as a good luck symbol, this looks Victorian to me

Considering the fact that the design includes horse shoes, 4-leaf clovers and wish bones also, I would have to conclude that the swastika's are simply there as pre-war "lucky signs". Nothing wartime about it. Doubtful as to it being genuine ivory too. Ivory is porous and would make extremely lousy tableware.

Perhaps you meant 'ivory coloured' ? A lot of people confuse early plastic
type materials with genuine ivory. I too believe what the guys have
already said - it is not Third Reich related.........
