Vehicle pennant for authentication

Advertised as a Herman Goring division pennant. Does the bird look like it has a crows head to anyone else? Is this a TR item or later poor copy?

Hi Al, this is a copy from the 1970's. It is not actually a vehicle pennant, but is a mini Regimental Standard. Not "HG" Regt either. Best described as a fantasy item.
