Okay let's dicuss it here , looks like a typical Polish fake to me , normal ashtray stamped to sex it up !!
Is that eagle even an SS? And why would it be there? The markings seem un-necessary. For a supposed factory made item, the quality of it looks almost trench art.

Whatever its just an opinion.
I notice in spite of what it says in the sales section, that he has not posted any comments or started any threads on the forum. I know this has been discussed before but I find this to be a mistake on the part of the forum to allow this to happen even if it means he either pays a fee or in this case pays the membership. It should not be about the money, it should be about people we know and trust who contribute their opinions to the forum being the sellers here and not just some unknown who pays the dues so he can sell his items here.
