    This structure should be listed as a historical site, with it and the surrounding areas as a recognised war grave. It should be deemed no different to a sunken warship, just my thoughts.

    Is this the "Wilck Bunker" used by Oberst Wilck as his last command post in the city? Indeed a shame if it is...

    I know its not ideal but even converting the bunker to flats could be a compromise that keeps everyone happy rather than demolish it

    Yes....When they get to putting windows in, it'll be great to have a windowsill that's 15' deep.
