German Military & Ancestors

Hi Group,

I know this may be off topic, but I am trying to get some information on relatives. They may have fought in WW1 or WW2. My great grandfather came to America in 1894 at the age of 16. He left Hamburg Germany and I am trying to retrace my roots from where he lived. I was curious to see if I could find out any military background on relatives related to me. My last name is "Krebs" and any help t owhere I may be able to go would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance....Tom....TPK25
