The uniform portrait shows the man in a Luftwaffe [Air Force] uniform (more precisely, a Fliegerbluse jacket) with collar rank insignia for a Gefreiter [a private rank]. It's not possible to positively identify the branch color displayed on the collar patches with certainty. It is relatively dark, so most likely red for artillery or perhaps cornflower blue for the medical service; I don't think it's black for the construction branch.
I can't identify the shield-shaped lapel pin in the civilian portraits.
The dedications on the photos translate as:
"To my dear, dear, mother as a memory of fateful days in profound love and faithfulness from her son Hans. 2/5/45"
"To my friend* Little** Helen"
"In love, friendship and comradeship from her friend Hans."
"To my dear, good friend* far, far away, without having seen, her in deep adoration from her grateful and faithful friend and cousin Hans. Christmas 1948"
*) "Freundin" is "friend" in the female form.
**) The word "Little" is written in English.
