Article about: Where can I find information on the WWII German 733rd Heavy Artillery Battalion? This unit fought at Stalingrad but I can't find anything in writing about them. Thanks, Bob

    Been searching and haven't found a lot. There's a mention of the schwere Artillerie-Abteilung 733 (heavy Artillery Division) as part of IV. Armee-Korps in April 1940. Link:

    But besides that I cannot find anything else. Hopefully someone else here will have more information.

    733d Heavy Artillery Batt. I knew they were destroyed
    at Stalingrad as I have a piece (marked) of equipment
    that was dug there. I will post this as a thread when
    I received it.
