Starting that up reminds me of a MkII Cortina that i'd shoehorned a 3 litre engine out of a Capri into....Only it's easier and quieter!!
I gave up in the end and sold it!

That one I had (nearly 20 years ago now) was bloody frightening!! It handled like a coke fuelled elephant on roller skates and the brakes were practically useless! Plus it had a habit of eating gearboxes (2) and the diff as well....
I have since heard that they got it running properly, and is today in full 'Savage' spec, but the present(?) owner had spent over 20 grand getting it there.
No way man.
